Lampione
My Venetian cousin was in rehearsal with an operatic singer he accompanies on piano at the Grande Albergo Ausonia & Hungaria on Lido di Venezia. It’s an amazing and elegant Albergo built in 1913 with a façade covered in majolica tile made by the ceramist Luigi Fabris.
Walking around the exterior marveling at the unique style, I found noticed this glass lampione. With all the glass works in the lagoon, it only made sense that this wonderful glass covering of the Lampione
