Also, find it interesting about your comment of the geography and how it may have been a attraction for other Italians to build a community here. I wonder if that is why I love the Bay Area. Your sight is beautifu Marco.
Thank you for your comments Janet! Who knows what the unconscious draw for immigrants is… It was a curiosity to me that visually and the bay leaf aromas are so similar both here and there. Plus with smells being so primal, it could be a deep unconscious connection.
